Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector, preferably in apartment and/or commercial property sales.
Alternative Qualification for Candidates with Strong Social Media Experience
Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong TikTok or social-media expertise, including:
- Proven experience creating and promoting sales-oriented content.
- An active and engaged diaspora audience.
- Minimum of 10,000 followers on TikTok or another relevant social-media platform.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and sales through social media.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and customer relationship management is an advantage.
- Fluency in Amharic is required.
- Proficiency in English or another language is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
Senior / Special Sales Agent
- Gross Monthly Salary: ETB 34,000
- Commission: 4.5%
Junior Sales Agent
Candidates with at least 6 months of real estate sales experience may qualify for:
- Gross Monthly Salary: ETB 17,000
- Commission: 4%
