Position: Executive Assistant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Maintain and manage confidential files and information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external parties.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
