St. Paul Institute for Reproductive Health and Rights (SPIRHR) invites qualified and motivated professionals to apply for the position of Sexual and Reproductive Health Call Center Agent.

SPIRHR is a locally registered non-profit organization established on September 10, 2019, with a mission to strengthen Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Ethiopia through clinical service improvement, professional training, research, and advocacy.

The organization works closely with the Obstetrics and Gynecology Faculty of Saint Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College (SPHMMC) and has played a major role in coordinating reproductive health programs and infrastructure development.

To expand access to reliable sexual and reproductive health information and services, SPIRHR is implementing a call center–based support system that provides confidential counseling, information, and referrals on various SRH issues.

Position: Sexual and Reproductive Health Call Center Agent (SRH Call Center Agent)

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess strong academic and professional credentials and demonstrate interest in sexual and reproductive health services.

Education

A First Degree in Health or Health-Related Fields, including:

• Medical Doctor
• Health Officer
• Nurse
• Midwife
• Other related health professions

Experience and Skills

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyze issues and provide appropriate guidance
• Capacity to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Good computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when handling sensitive issues

Employment Duration
