The BRIDGE+ Programme (2023–2028) is funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and implemented by a consortium led by SNV, in partnership with Wageningen University (WUR) and Agriterra.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Project Management, or related fields
Experience
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
- Experience assisting project staff or supporting project administration is an advantage
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in project administration and cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Local language proficiency required for project implementation areas
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Office & General Administration
- Manage office equipment and working environment
- Coordinate office management activities for BRIDGE management and partners
- Prepare confidential documents and brief management accordingly
2. Fleet & Travel Management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare travel itineraries, vouchers, and maintain travel records
- Manage drivers and oversee fleet operations
3. Secretarial & Communication Support
- Handle correspondence with suppliers, banks, donors, and partners
- Screen and distribute incoming communications
- Maintain organized documentation and records
4. Event & Meeting Management
- Organize meetings, workshops, and conferences
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action points
- Coordinate logistics and meeting venues
5. Financial Administration
- Assist with payment processing and financial documentation
- Support audit preparation and liaise with vendors
- Maintain grant documentation and financial records
6. Contract Administration
- Support preparation and revision of contracts
- Track payments, deadlines, and compliance
- Maintain complete audit files for contracts
7. Organizational Effectiveness
- Provide administrative support across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations
- Support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
