Scholarship Benefits

The Simmons University Kotzen Scholarship 2025-26 is a fully funded undergraduate scholarship that covers:

• Full tuition for the entire duration of the program (4 years)
• Free on-campus accommodation (room & board)
• An additional $3,000 annually for academic activities such as:
  • Study abroad
  • Summer research
  • Specialized academic programs

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Kotzen Scholarship, applicants must:

• Be applying for undergraduate (bachelor’s) programs at Simmons University
• Have a GPA of 3.3 or higher
• Have taken challenging coursework (Honors, AP, IB)
• Submit strong standardized test scores, such as:
  • SAT: 1300+ (new), or 1250+ (old – CR + M), with at least 600 in each section
  • ACT: 28+
  • OR submit TOEFL/IELTS scores as proof of English proficiency
• Demonstrate leadership potential and academic excellence

Selection Criteria

Applicants are evaluated based on:

• Strong academic record
• Quality of essay and short-answer responses
• Demonstrated motivation for the program
• Alignment with Simmons University’s values and mission
