Available Positions
Position 1: Trainee Banker
Quantity: 30
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- No work experience required
- Must have passed the national exit exam
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in on-the-job training across different banking operations
- Learn and apply bank policies and procedures
- Support branch operations and customer service
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Quantity: 15
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient customer service
- Promote and cross-sell bank products
- Support branch resource mobilization efforts
Position 3: Senior Customer Support Officer
Quantity: 2
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
Position 4: Receptionist
Quantity: 2
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Hotel & Tourism Management or related fields
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers
- Manage front desk operations and visitor flow
- Provide professional customer support and information
