1. Office Equipment Technician
- Qualification: BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Experience: 4–5 years in mechanics or related roles
- Locations: Dire Dawa, Jimma, Shashamane & Adama Districts
- Grade: VIII
2. Senior Internal Controller I
- Qualification: BA in Management, Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, etc.
- Experience: Relevant banking experience required
- Locations: Dire Dawa (Babile, Jigjiga), Hawassa (Adola Wayu)
- Grade: IX
3. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I
- Qualification: BA in Business, Finance, Marketing or related
- Experience: 3 years (1 year in CSO, CRO, Controller roles)
- Locations: Branches across Dire Dawa, Jimma, Adama, Hawassa & Shashemane
- Grade: IX
4. Customer Service Manager II
- Qualification: BA/MBA in related fields
- Experience: 3–4 years, 1 year in senior CSO or Controller role
- Locations: Jimma & Shashemane Districts
- Grade: XI
5. Manager, Banking Operation Management – I
- Qualification: BA/MBA in related business disciplines
- Experience: 3–4 years (1 year in Senior CSO or Controller role)
- Locations: Branches in Dire Dawa, Jimma, Adama, Hawassa & Shashemane
- Grade: X
6. Manager, Banking Operation Management – II
- Qualification: BA/MBA in relevant field
- Experience: 4–5 years (2 years in Banking Ops Mgmt I or similar)
- Location: Adama District (Ego Branch)
- Grade: XI
7. Branch Manager
- Qualification: BA/MBA in Business, Management, Accounting, etc.
- Experience: 4–5 years (1 year in Ops Mgmt I or similar role)
- Locations: Multiple districts – Jimma, Dire Dawa, Nekemte, Adama, Hawassa, Shashemane, South Finfinne
- Grade: XI
8. Branch Manager I
- Qualification: BA/MBA in related fields
- Experience: 5–6 years (1 year as Branch Manager or similar)
- Locations: Dire Dawa, Nekemte, Adama
- Grade: XII
9. Branch Manager III
- Qualification: BA/MBA in Business or Economics
- Experience: 8–9 years (2 years as Team Leader or BM-II)
- Location: Dire Dawa (Harar Branch)
- Grade: XIV
10. Branch Manager IV
- Qualification: BA/MBA in Marketing, Business, or Economics
- Experience: 9–10 years (1 year as BM-III)
- Locations: East, South & West Finfinne Districts
- Grade: XV
11. Driver – I
- Qualification: Grade 10/12 Complete + Relevant Driving License
- Experience: 3 years
