Position 1: Sales and Marketing Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
- 0–1 year of experience
Required Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Market research and analysis skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Time management and target achievement
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel for field sales

Position 2: Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or any related field
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, or operations is an advantage
Required Skills
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, reporting tools)
- Ability to organize data and prepare reports accurately
- Familiarity with office administration and operational processes
- Experience working with foreign management is advantageous

Salary
- Net Salary: 15,000 ETB

Position 3: Driver
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 8 or Grade 10 completed
- Valid heavy-duty driving license (truck/Isuzu category)
- 1–2 years of truck or long-distance driving experience
Required Skills
- Ability to handle long-distance travel
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Responsible and disciplined work attitude
- Understanding of vehicle safety checks

Salary
- 10,000 ETB plus 600 ETB commission per load
