The company is currently looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join its team as a Sales Executive (Field & Office Hybrid).
Position: Sales Executive (Field & Office Hybrid)
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Related technical fields
Experience Requirement
Applicants must have:
- 1–4 years of proven experience in:
- Outdoor/field sales
- Corporate sales (B2B)
- Industrial sales
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling products or services in the construction or engineering sectors in Ethiopia is highly advantageous.
Required Skills and Competencies
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong motivation and resilience to work in the field and develop new business networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Amharic and English.
- Technical ability to understand and discuss basic electromechanical or engineering concepts with clients.
- Strong organizational skills to manage field activities, office follow-ups, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
