The company works with industry partners including AKFALIFT Elevator, Elevator Solutions, and Escalator Manufacturer, a Turkey-based company. Through these partnerships, Shobole Engineering supplies Turkish elevators manufactured according to European standards.

Position: Sales Executive / Representative

Educational Requirements

• Degree in:
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Business
  • Related fields
• An engineering background or exposure is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in any of the following sectors is preferred:
  • Construction
  • Elevators
  • Generators
  • HVAC
  • Related industries

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive / Representative will be responsible for:

• Identifying and promoting electromechanical products, including elevators, escalators, generators, and HVAC systems, to developers and contractors.
• Working closely with the engineering team to prepare technical proposals.
• Negotiating commercial terms and closing sales contracts.
• Achieving assigned sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensuring quality after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
