- Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields
- Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

2. Credit Monitoring and Insurance Specialist
- Education: MA or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Cooperative Studies, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years (with MA) or 4 years (with BA) in a financial institution or related field
- Position Level: V
- Number of Positions: 2
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Salary: As per company scale
3. Branch Manager
- Education: MA or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Cooperative Studies, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years (with MA) or 6 years (with BA), including at least 2 years in a leadership role in a financial institution or related field
- Position Level: VII
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Salary: As per company scale
