As part of its effort to build a new generation of professionals, Shabelle Bank is inviting qualified and motivated fresh graduates to apply for its Graduate Trainee Program.
Position: Graduate Trainee – External
Educational Qualification:
- B.A Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates only (no prior experience required).
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers courteously and professionally at the counter.
- Pay and receive cash for all types of transactions within the approved limit.
- Process customer account openings and perform cross-selling of bank products.
- Scan and verify customers’ and authorized staff’s signatures and photographs.
- Post all types of business transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare cash and non-cash instruments and process negotiable instruments.
- Collect and deliver cash from/to the “Till” Administrator.
- Handle account opening, closing, amendments, refunds, and revocations.
- Ensure compliance with Islamic banking principles and internal policies in all activities.
