Position 1: Building Administration Officer
Qualification Requirements
- BA Degree in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Construction Management, Business Administration, or another related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of banking or microfinance experience, of which two (2) years must be at the level of Junior Officer.

Position 2: Senior Contract Management Officer
Qualification Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience for Master’s degree holders or six (6) years’ experience for Bachelor’s degree holders in banking or microfinance, including at least two (2) years of experience in facility management.

Position 3: Senior Facility Officer
Qualification Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience for Master’s degree holders or six (6) years’ experience for Bachelor’s degree holders in banking or microfinance, including at least two (2) years as an Officer in a related area.

Position 4: Senior Fleet Officer
Qualification Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Management, Automotive Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or another related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience for Master’s degree holders or six (6) years’ experience for Bachelor’s degree holders in banking, including at least two (2) years in fleet management.
