Position Details
Corporate Customer Relation Manager
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other related business fields
Experience Requirement:
- 6 years of banking experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders, or
- 4 years of banking experience for Master’s Degree holders
- At least 2 years of experience in a Corporate CRM (Financing) role
Job Summary
The Corporate Customer Relation Manager is responsible for recruiting and managing corporate clients, mobilizing resources, facilitating financing processes, conducting follow-ups, and escalating critical issues to senior management when necessary.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit potential corporate customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Establish and manage strong business relationships with corporate banking customers
- Arrange and conduct business and collateral site visits
- Understand customer business operations, objectives, and financing needs
- Provide trusted financial advice to retain and grow corporate clients
- Actively engage corporate customers in resource mobilization activities
- Plan, monitor, and achieve assigned resource mobilization targets
- Participate in the bank’s resource mobilization campaigns
- Conduct regular financing follow-ups and escalate issues when required
