Position: Senior Credit Review – Internal/External
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields
Experience:
- 3–5 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Credit Review Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in underwriting, approval, monitoring, relationship management, and credit administration
- Provide consultation to lending and credit personnel, auditors, and regulatory examiners
- Ensure consistent application of firm-wide risk policies and credit review procedures
- Identify loans with potential credit weakness and relevant trends affecting collectability
- Develop and oversee risk-based credit review programs for all loan portfolios
- Detect existing or emerging issues related to credit quality and risk
- Identify portfolio concentrations
- Prepare risk assessment and comprehensive loan review reports for financial and non-financial activities and submit them to the Risk and Compliance Division Manager
