Available Positions
1. Junior Developer Officer
- Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 1 year as IT trainee
- Strong database skills (SQL & NoSQL)
- API development and integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets)
- DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure coding
- Location: Addis Ababa
2. Secretary
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field
- 3 years banking experience, including 1 year as Secretary
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Location: Addis Ababa
3. Branch Operation Supervisor (3 Positions – Internal)
- Qualifications:
- B.A in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field
- 4 years of banking operations/MFI cashier/teller experience
- Knowledge of IFB is an advantage
- Locations: Kalafo, Dhobaweyn & Gob Branches
4. Senior Government Affairs Officer (Internal/External)
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field
- 5 years experience liaising with regional government offices
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Amharic, Afan Oromo, Somali is a plus
- Location: Jijiga Head Office (with travel to Addis Ababa)
5. Corporate Customer Relation Management Manager
- Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field
- 4–6 years banking operations experience, including 2 years in senior branch banking role
- Location: Addis Ababa
6. Junior Remittance & Cross-Pand Management Officer (Internal/External)
- Qualifications:
- B.A in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field
- 1-year bank trainee experience; IFB knowledge advantageous
- Location: Addis Ababa
7. Customer Service Supervisor
- Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years banking or MF experience; IFB knowledge advantageous
- Location: Addis Ababa
