1. Position: Junior Developer Officer – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an IT trainee.
- Strong database skills (SQL & NoSQL).
- Advanced skills in API development & integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and cybersecurity knowledge.
2. Position: Senior Government Affairs Officer – Jijiga Head Office (frequent travel to Addis Ababa)
Qualifications:
- BA in Political Science, Public Policy, Public Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with regional government offices.
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory). Amharic, Afan Oromo, and Somali are an added advantage.
Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of government structures, policies, and regulations.
- Understanding of banking operations and financing processes.
- Advocacy and liaison skills with government agencies.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and compliance management skills.
3. Position: Corporate Customer Relation Management (CRM) Manager – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- 4/6 years of banking operations experience, including at least 2 years in a senior officer role in branch banking.
