Position: Loan Officer
Qualifications and Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in loan processing, customer service, or related fields (advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits and verify clients.
- Knowledge of financial services and loan products preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote loan products and onboard new clients.
- Conduct customer verification and field assessments.
- Process loan applications efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor loan repayment and ensure timely collections.
- Manage delinquency cases effectively.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for retention.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper loan records.
