Available Positions
Position 1: HR & Administration Specialist
Role Summary:
The HR & Administration Specialist will oversee human resource functions alongside office administration, ensuring efficient workforce management and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and appraisals
- Oversee office administration and logistics coordination
- Handle procurement and property management activities
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Position 2: Finance Specialist
Role Summary:
The Finance Specialist will handle daily financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily revenues and expenses
- Manage taxation processes in compliance with regulations
- Administer payroll processing and financial documentation
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Position 3: Finance Director
Role Summary:
The Finance Director will lead the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Finance Department
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and compliance systems
Qualifications:
- BA Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience, including 3 years in leadership roles
