Position: Senior Network Engineer
Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for banking and network systems? Tsehay Bank is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to manage, optimize, and secure its growing network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and network security infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and uptime issues
- Ensure secure and scalable connectivity across all branches and systems
- Provide technical support for network-related issues
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams on strategic initiatives
- Maintain documentation, policies, and disaster recovery plans related to networks
Job Requirements:
Education:
BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years as a Network Engineer
Additional Skills:
- Strong understanding of network design, protocols, and tools
- Familiarity with Cisco, Mikrotik, or similar technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and documentation skills
