Job Summary
Segon-Marill is hiring fresh graduates for the position of Junior Talent & Employee Engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to kickstart a professional HR career while contributing to talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development. The ideal candidate is passionate about HR, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding programs across all departments.
- Coordinate corporate learning, training sessions, and onboarding forums.
- Maintain accurate TM (Talent Management) data in HRM systems and related platforms.
- Create and manage an applicant database to support talent sourcing.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and job platforms for vacancy postings.
- Conduct training needs assessments via job analysis and feedback from managers.
- Monitor participant progress in training and report on outcomes.
- Communicate with employees about training opportunities and feedback loops.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
- Track attendance and completion of development activities, flagging risks and solutions.
- Organize and execute organization-wide Performance Review and Assessment (PRA).
- Maintain skill inventories and develop personalized performance improvement plans.
- Assist in performance review logistics, communication, and documentation.
- Analyze employee performance data and generate annual reports.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through open communication and recognition.
- Coordinate team-building, volunteer, and social activities.
- Support conflict resolution and promote respectful, inclusive work environments.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong passion for talent management and employee engagement.
Required Skills
- Planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Multitasking and critical thinking.
- Familiarity with HR systems, training platforms, and survey tools is an advantage.
