Qualifications:
- BA or BEd in English, Mathematics, Physics, History, Economics, or a related field
- Degree from a recognized institution
- Very good command of the English language

2. High School Chemistry, Biology, Afan Oromo & Physical Education Teachers
Qualifications:
- BA or BEd in Chemistry, Biology, Afan Oromo, Physical Education, or a related field
- Degree from a recognized institution
- Very good command of the English language

3. Elementary & KG Teachers
Qualifications:
- BA or BSc in Social Science, Natural Science, or a related field
