Position Available

Reprographics Supervisor / Head of Copy Service

The Reprographics Supervisor will manage daily photocopying services, maintain photocopy and fax machines, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure confidential handling of school documents and educational materials.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Diploma or TVET College Level Certificate in:
  • Electricity
  • Plumbing
  • Welding
  • Related technical fields

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Photocopy educational materials, letters, manuals, and permanent documents as approved.
• Prepare and implement regular maintenance plans for photocopy and fax machines.
• Support preparation of photocopying budgets.
• Maintain records of materials used and replaced parts.
• Report maintenance activities to supervisors.
• Supervise assistant photocopying staff.
• Recommend disposal of outdated machine parts.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive school documents.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
