About SAMANU PLC
SAMANU PLC is a platform company with well-established brands operating across Ethiopia’s major FMCG sub-sectors, including Tena Edible Oils, 555 and Aura Soap & Detergents, and Chef Luca wheat products.
Currently, SAMANU imports raw sunflower oil mainly from Eastern Europe and refines and packages it locally. With new investments underway, the company is constructing a solvent extraction plant to produce raw oil from locally grown sunflowers—strengthening local production and value chains.

Position 1: Account Payable Coordinator
Qualifications Required
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP systems, and internet browsing
Functional Competency
- Strong knowledge of payment cycles and local tax laws
- FMCG industry background with at least 2 years of experience
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: General Electrician
Qualifications
- Diploma / TVET (10+3) in Electricity or Industrial Electricity
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in machine operation and industrial processes
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship
- Basic computer skills
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years as an Electrical Technician

Position 3: Maintenance Planner
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
Experience
- 5 years or more relevant experience
- Ability to interpret pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
- Skilled in AutoCAD

Position 4: Production Clerk & Data Processor
Qualifications
- Diploma / TVET (10+3) in Statistics or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Location: Kality
Position 5: Shift Mechanic
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in General Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Experience
- 0–2 years and above
Special Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and computer applications is mandatory

Position 6: SCADA Operator / System Controller
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in soap and detergent industries is preferred

- Minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG industry, especially powder detergent production
