Position 1: Associate Communications Officer
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in communications or PR
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CMS and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively while being self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Sales Executive
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 years sales experience, preferably in tech, transport, or logistics
- Strong B2B sales and client relationship management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Experience in transport-hailing, fleet management, or transportation startups is highly desirable
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Audit Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification (CIA, ACCA) is highly preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant audit experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
- High integrity, independence, and professional judgment
- Ability to manage multiple audits and meet deadlines
