JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
SAMANU is a platform company with well-established brands operating in Ethiopia’s main FMCG sub-sectors (Tena Edible Oils, 555 and Aura Soap & Detergents, and Chef Luca wheat products). The investment by Norfund will fund the construction of a new solvent extraction plant to produce edible oils based on locally sourced sesame, sunflower and soya beans in its refineries
Position: Graphic Designer
- (Contractual)
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency, FMCG industry or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and versatility in design.
- Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
