Position 1: Sales System Analyst & Support
Location: Addis Ababa
Level: Entry to Junior (0–2 Years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
- Support field sales teams with system usage and issue tracking
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with sales and IT teams to ensure system optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in system support, help desk, or sales operations (internships accepted)
- Familiarity with SFA tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho SFA) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and technical explanation abilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail
Bonus Skills:
- Experience creating training materials
- Knowledge of basic sales operations
- Familiarity with ticketing and support tools
Position 2: Area Sales Representative (ASR)
Location: Addis Ababa
Level: Mid-level (1+ Year Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales leads and channels
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors
- Execute promotional and field activation strategies
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor competitor activity and report market trends
Qualifications:
- BA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in sales or related functions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational discipline
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories
