Position: Sales Representative
Heineken Ethiopia is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to manage assigned territories and drive sales growth. The role requires strong relationship management skills, execution excellence, and the effective use of digital sales tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand assigned sales territories to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets and distributors
- Execute outlet activation and visibility strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Utilize digital tools for order management and performance tracking
- Ensure customer satisfaction and portfolio growth within the territory
Education Requirements
- BA or BSc Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
Experience Requirements
- 0–3 years of relevant sales experience
- FMCG experience is an added advantage
- Mandatory proficiency in the base town’s local language
