Position: Sales Officer
TradeEthiopia is looking for motivated and ambitious fresh graduates to join its growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in sales, business development, and Ethiopia’s expanding digital marketplace sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify and engage potential clients and business partners
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide professional presentations and product demonstrations
- Support business growth through market research and lead generation
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Marketing
- Or a related field
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market practices
- Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Fluency in spoken and written English (additional local or international languages are an advantage)
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate across diverse cultures
