Position 1: Sales Consultant
Number of Vacancies: 10
Educational Requirements:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar sales position, preferably in the real estate sector.
Key Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and property evaluation capabilities.
- Ability to provide top-tier customer service.
- Familiarity with real estate management and sales software.
Role Overview:
The Sales Consultant will support clients throughout the entire property buying or selling process. The role requires negotiating favorable deals, conducting property presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships. A high level of professionalism, organization, and industry knowledge is required.
Position 2: Sales Supervisor
Educational Requirements:
- BA/BSc in Marketing Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Real Estate Sales Supervisor role.
Key Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Role Overview:
The Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate the sales team, oversee client management, set performance benchmarks, and ensure revenue targets are met. This position is integral to driving the company’s real estate sales success.
