Required Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

- Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, warehousing, inventory, or related work is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with storage and service requirements
- Responding professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Processing customer payments and issuing receipts
- Maintaining accurate cash and transaction records
- Preparing customer and transaction documentation
- Coordinating storage bookings, receiving, collection, and release of goods
- Receiving and checking incoming items against relevant documents
- Verifying item quantity, condition, weight in kilograms, and other required information
- Following applicable FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) procedures
- Ensuring goods are correctly identified, recorded, and stored
- Entering and updating customer and inventory information in the WMS
- Uploading and maintaining warehouse and inventory data
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
- Ensuring physical inventory matches system records
- Coordinating with warehouse staff during receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Maintaining accurate documentation and filing
- Providing professional customer service
- Following company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety requirements
- Performing other customer service, cashiering, and warehouse-related duties as assigned
