1. IT Business Analyst
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in databases, applications, infrastructure, cloud, development, enterprise architecture, and system design.
- Experience in Business Analysis (CBAP, IIBA) and software development lifecycle in agile (SAFe, Scrum) and waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, business acumen, and ability to work in complex environments.

2. IT Solutions Architect
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise and solutions architecture, databases, infrastructure, and cloud systems.
- Previous experience as a developer, systems engineer, or delivery lead preferred.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering complex technical roadmaps.

3. Facility Lead (Internal/External)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Property & Facilities Management or a business-related field.
- Over 6 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong vendor management, health and safety compliance, and administrative skills.

4. Senior Manager: MPESA Finance (Internal/External)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Business/IT-related degree and professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in mobile money or financial services.
- Strategic thinker with experience in process simplification, digitalization, and automation.

5. Executive Head of Department – Financial Business Partnering – Commercial
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in telecoms or related sectors and 10 years of progressive finance roles.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.

6. Specialist – Customer Value Management (CVM) Development & Operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data development, ETL workflows, or campaign operations.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL skills, cloud knowledge, and Linux administration experience.

7. Specialist – Business Intelligence Development & Operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Expertise in BI tools, data warehouse design, OLAP, SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Senior Accountant – Credit Controller (Internal/External)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA preferred.
- 3–4 years of credit control and debt management experience.
- ERP (Oracle or similar) experience required.

9. Executive Head of Department – Business Assurance (Internal/External)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or IT.
- 7+ years’ experience in Assurance, Risk Management, or Process Improvement.
- Strong analytical, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.

10. Executive Head of Digital & Lifestyle (Internal/External)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Transformation (Master’s preferred).
- 8–10 years’ experience in digital marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale digital engagement programs.
