Annam Marketing Solution PLC was established in 2008 EC in accordance with Ethiopian commercial law with an initial capital of ETB 1.5 million. Headquartered in Addis Ababa, the company provides sales, marketing, and consultancy services across multiple sectors.
In addition to marketing and selling construction machinery, Annam Marketing also deals in real estate, vehicles (in partnership with EMGA Engineering S.C.), cement products, and other construction materials. Its import and export division imports chemicals and other essential goods while exporting premium agricultural products.

1. Sales – Female Only
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

2. Pharmaceuticals Sales Person
- Qualification: Diploma (Senior Druggist) or Degree (Pharmacist).
- Experience:
- Senior Druggist: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
- Pharmacist: Minimum 1 year in pharmaceutical sales.
- Vacancies: 5

3. Biomedical Professional
- Qualification: Degree in Biomedical Profession.
- Experience: At least 2 years in sales, maintenance, or installation of biomedical equipment.

4. Pharmaceutical Sales Supervisor – Female Only
- Qualification: Diploma (Senior Druggist) or Degree (Pharmacist).
- Experience:
