Position 1: Analyst – Quality Assurance
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Oromiffa is mandatory.
- Experience in a customer-service environment within a service-oriented organization.
- Experience in telecommunications, banking, or the airline industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in quality management or an audit environment is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, Amharic, and local languages such as Oromiffa and Somali, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technology and products.
- Knowledge of call-center technologies and operations is desirable.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes, including quality evaluation, assessment forms, appeals, and calibration.
- Experience with customer feedback surveys such as NPS and CSAT.
- Strong analytical, communication, listening, and critical-reasoning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Quality Assurance training or certification is an added advantage.

Position 2: Analyst – Digital/Online Services
Educational Qualification:
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Technology, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience and Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in digital transformation within a similar function or organization.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service within a service-oriented organization.
- Experience in telecommunications, banking, or the airline sector is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of how analytics can be used to improve customer and business outcomes.
- Excellent knowledge of Safaricom products and services.

Position 3: Software Engineer – Fintech Integration
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of professional coding experience outside a university environment.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong experience with Java and technologies including Spring Boot, Spring, Spring MVC, JEE, Maven, and Spring Cloud.
- Experience with C# or Golang is an added advantage.
- Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and message queues.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement scalable and elastic microservice-based platforms.
- Working knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, testing, and CI/CD automation tools.
- Experience with tools such as Jenkins, JMeter, Git, Stash, SonarQube, and GitOps is an added advantage.
- Experience developing cloud-based and serverless solutions.
- Knowledge of Node or Spring technology stacks.
- Ability to develop cloud-native and cloud-ready Java solutions.
- Strong understanding of Docker containers and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of SOAP and REST APIs and Swagger UI.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as SonarQube and JUnit.
