Position 1: Enterprise Systems & Sales Operations Specialist

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Information Systems
  • Telecommunications
  • Business Administration
  • Related fields

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
  • Enterprise operations
  • Telecommunications systems
  • Sales operations
  • Billing environments

Required Skills

• Experience with CRM systems and enterprise tools.
• Knowledge of telecom billing and revenue processes.
• Sales operations and workflow management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Basic Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.
• Experience with process automation tools.
• Understanding of enterprise sales processes and order management.

Position 2: Senior Manager – Record to Report

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Finance
• Accounting
• Business
• Economics
• Related fields

Professional Certification

One of the following is highly preferred:

• CPA
• ACCA
• CIMA
• CA
• Equivalent accounting qualification

Experience

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in:
  • Financial reporting
  • Accounting
  • Auditing
  • Financial control

Preferred Experience

• Multinational organizations.
• Telecommunications sector.
• Shared service environments.
• Audit firms.
• IFRS implementation.
• ERP systems.
• Finance transformation projects.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Lead – Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in:
  • ESG
  • Sustainability
  • Climate Change
  • Corporate Responsibility
  • Human Rights
  • Governance
  • Enterprise Risk Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading organization-wide ESG initiatives.
• Experience working with executive leadership and boards.
• Experience engaging regulators and external stakeholders.
• Telecommunications or infrastructure sector experience is an advantage.

Position 4: MPESA Marketing Communication and Brand Manager

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in:
  • Marketing
  • Brand Management
  • Integrated Marketing Communications

Required Competencies

• Brand strategy and campaign management.
• Creative development and agency management.
• Consumer insights and market research.
• Data-driven marketing.
• Stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
