Open Positions
Position 1: Head – Corporate Secretariat
Application Type: External & Internal
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university with distinction
- Additional postgraduate certifications in Corporate Secretariat or legal-related fields
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in corporate secretariat and legal practice
Core Competencies & Experience:
- In-depth understanding of legal frameworks, corporate governance, and regulatory practices
- Proven ability to apply legal and compliance frameworks organization-wide
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with board members and executives
- Skilled in simplifying complex legal issues and policies for senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple legal/compliance projects concurrently
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Manager – Accounts Payable (AP)
Application Type: External & Internal
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Accounting certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA preferred
- 5+ years of post-qualification finance experience, especially in financial accounting
- Audit experience (internal/external) is highly valued
Key Skills & Experience:
- Risk identification and accounting impact analysis
- Experience with accounting software: Oracle, Sage, Hyperion, SUN, etc.
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
