AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Trade Marketing Supervisor
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Postgraduate certification in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Operations
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Intermediate understanding of business finance
- Knowledge of customer experience standards and retail care procedures

Position 2: Senior Systems Engineer – Converged Charging Planning & Delivery
Education Qualification:
- BSc in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a telecommunications or dynamic IT environment
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Strong expertise in charging solutions for Messaging, Voice, IMS, and IoT
- Domain experience in GSM, CCS, Mediation, Voucher Management, Provisioning, Roaming, Interconnect, and Invoicing
- Working knowledge of Cloud Native solutions (TCP, CNF, VNF)
- Deep understanding of 3GPP protocols and API interfaces (REST, SOAP)
- Experience with Unix systems and databases (RDBMS and NoSQL)
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale, complex IT/Telco projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Position 3: M-PESA Product Design Manager
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related fields
Required Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrated portfolio of past design work
- Fintech experience, especially in product design, is highly desirable
- UX/UI design certifications are an added advantage
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe, InVision, or similar

Position 4: Enterprise Sales Manager
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in service and/or customer management for major corporate clients
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of technology products and enterprise solutions
- Industry certifications (ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, CCNA) are an advantage
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of the region and Tigrigna language is essential

Position 5: Credit Portfolio Manager – M-PESA
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant field
- At least 3 years in credit risk and portfolio strategy for digital credit products
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of credit risk, portfolio management, and digital credit ecosystems
- Advanced data analysis skills using Oracle BI, Power BI, Excel, SQL
- Experience with data science or machine learning tools is an added advantage
- High professional and ethical standards
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Position 6: Product Manager – Digital, VAS, Cloud Solutions & Cyber Security
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ICT, or related technology fields
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial or technical roles
- Background in FMCG, eCommerce, Financial Services, or Telecommunications
Core Competencies:
- Strong experience in Sales and Marketing
- Exposure to enterprise telecom products is an advantage
- Ability to work in fast-paced technology-driven environments
