JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position: Secretary and Receptionist

Qualifications:

  • Office Administration and Secretarial Science Technology 
  • Computer Science or any other relevant field of study
  • Certificate or Diploma (Level III)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and leading to appropriate office.
  • Disseminating incoming letters to the concerned body.
  • Drafting letters as per the direction of higher bodies.
  • Handling confidential office documents.
  • Handling enquiries and scheduling meetings.
  • Overseeing the safety and security of the office.
  • Capable to manage office duties.

Location: Addis Ababa
