Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
To be eligible for the Rhodes Scholarships at Oxford University, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of one of the eligible countries listed below, or apply via the Global Rhodes Scholarship route.
- Be between 18–24 years old as of 1 October 2025 (or up to 27 for students who earned their degree later).
- Hold an undergraduate degree (to be completed by July 2026) with a First Class or GPA of 3.70/4.0 or equivalent.
- Meet the English proficiency requirements of Oxford University.
