POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Expert will play a central role in managing internal systems, providing end-user support, overseeing ERP access (Odoo), and supporting digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient, proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a service-first mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage user accounts and system access (ERP, email, internal databases)
• Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft 365 environments
• Oversee backups, patching, and system performance monitoring
• Support the implementation and management of Odoo ERP modules
• Assist in digital marketing and content creation for social media platforms
• Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and repairs
• Document access controls, approvals, and system changes
• Train users and develop user guides for IT tools and best practices
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and audit standards
• Support other IT-related functions as assigned by the Deputy Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support or system administration
• ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is advantageous
• Technical Skills:
  • Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365
  • Basic networking and troubleshooting
  • Data security, access control, and backup practices
• Preferred:
  • Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical environments
  • Digital marketing skills and content creation experience
