Position: Sales Executive
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience working with VIP clients, diplomatic missions, NGOs, hotels, embassies, or airlines
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English and Amharic (required)
- Additional languages are a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with VIP clients, diplomatic missions, international NGOs, hotels, and embassies
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities aligned with company growth objectives
- Represent the company professionally in negotiations, meetings, and client engagements
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts for high-profile clients
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve service concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Promote company services at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Cultural awareness and adaptability when working with diverse international clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel as required
