Position: Content & Creative Production Specialist

Educational Qualification

Applicants should have one of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Marketing
  • Digital Media
  • Journalism and Mass Communication
  • Fine Arts
  • Graphic Design
  • Film Production
  • Related creative fields

OR

• TVET Diploma in the above or related fields.

Note: Candidates with equivalent hands-on experience and a strong professional portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in video production, graphic design, and marketing copywriting.
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, audio recording, and video editing software.
• Excellent understanding of brand storytelling, visual design principles, and creative content development.
• Ability to work on-site for video production, photography, and media-related assignments.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• A professional portfolio showcasing experience in:
  • Video production
  • Graphic design
  • Marketing or creative writing

Salary

• Salary will be offered according to the company’s salary scale.
