JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Red Cloud ICT Solutions PLC is engaged in the field of Information Communication Technology. The main services provided by the company are Data Center, Cloud ERP hosting, E-commerce, Financial Technology, Virtual Internet Service Providing and Sales Automation.We are looking for a Junior Project Functional Consultant to support our ERP implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic graduate or entry-level professional eager to build a career in ERP consulting.
Position: Junior ERP Project Functional Consultant
Qualifications and Other Required Skills:
- Bachelor of Accounting,Business Administration in Information Systems, or Management information system.
- Strong interest in ERP systems.
- Analytical thinking and a passion for solving business problems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
You will work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and ensure the successful configuration and support of ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements for ERP solutions.
- Support ERP configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Analyze and model business processes to align with ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to communicate business needs.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support during and after implementations.
- Help prepare user manuals, guides, and system documentation.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting activities.
- Stay updated on ERP system features, updates, and best practices
