Position: Real Estate Sales Professional
Metropolitan Real Estate PLC is seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join its growing team in Addis Ababa.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven sales experience within the real estate industry
- Strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in computer applications, CRM systems, real estate software, and property databases
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Metropolitan Real Estate with professionalism and integrity
- Identify and secure prospective buyers through strategic sales efforts
- Promote and sell apartment units using effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Submit qualified leads and sales data accurately and on time
- Use market insights to support clients in making informed real estate investment decisions
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
