Role Summary: Real Estate Agent Partnership Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Real Estate Agent Partnership Manager to collaborate with real estate agents in the UAE. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and close high-value deals using our advanced AI platform
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound requests from real estate agents and establish long-term partnerships.
- Guide agents in utilizing the platform to identify and promote investment-grade properties.
- Support the complete deal cycle, from initial contact to closing.
- Ensure all activities are accurately tracked in the CRM system.
- Provide continuous support to agents, ensuring they feel confident and equipped to close deals
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or B2B client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of the UAE real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with CRMs and digital tools.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
Benefits
- Base salary: $500/month
- Bonuses: for each completed Zoom meeting
- Commission: percentage of the company’s fee from closed deals
