About Ranger Industry and Trading PLC
Ranger Industry and Trading PLC was established in May 2009 E.C. by two energetic and well-educated shareholders with an initial paid-up capital of 5 million birr. The company is engaged in the export of Ethiopian Arabica coffee, particularly specialty coffee from the highlands of Ethiopia, to the global coffee market. Ranger also operates in FMCG and infant nutrition product promotion and distribution.
Available Positions
Position 1: Gaullac Infant Milk Promoter
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of infant nutrition and formula products is an advantage
Experience & Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit a minimum of 25 outlets per day as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
- Ensure promotional activities are properly implemented
- Conduct product merchandising and marketing activities
- Support stock replenishment and order generation
- Conduct market surveys and assess 5P strategy effectiveness
- Collect retailer and consumer feedback
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly promotion reports

Position 2: Senior Infant Milk Sales Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA/BSc Degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, or related fields
Experience
- 3–5+ years of sales experience
- Experience in infant milk or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales and route coverage plans
- Identify and open new markets and retail outlets
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility
- Build strong relationships with distributors, pharmacies, hospitals, and wholesalers
- Lead and support junior sales staff
