Position 1: Building Administration Officer
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Management, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma holders with 5 years of relevant experience may be considered
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Human Resource Officer
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Key Skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems

Position 3: System Administrator & Sales Analyst (SFA System)
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Key Skills
- Strong Excel / Power BI skills
- Knowledge of sales operations or Route to Market is an advantage

Position 4: Field System Support Officers – SFA
Educational Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree with 2 years experience or Diploma with 4 years experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, IT, or related fields
Key Requirements
- Sales operations or IT support experience is an advantage
- Ability to travel frequently and work in the field

Position 5: Senior Electrical and Automation Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing environments

Position 6: General Services Section Head
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years in supervisory or leadership role
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 7: Human Resources Administration Section Head
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Master’s Degree or professional HR certification is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with 2 years in leadership role

Position 8: Electrical and Automation Section Head
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with 2–3 years in supervisory role
Place of Work: Hawassa
Position 9: ERP Project Manager
Educational Qualification & Experience
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
- Certification in Project Management is preferred
- 6 years experience for BSc holders or 4 years for MSc holders
- Minimum 3 years ERP/IT project management experience
