Educational Qualification
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Accounting
- Economics
- Finance & Accounting
- Management
- Business
- Closely related fields relevant to the position
The degree must be obtained from a recognized higher learning institution.
Eligibility Requirements
- Fresh graduates are eligible
- Year of graduation: 2024–2026
- Exit exam result is mandatory
- Maximum age: 26 years
- Minimum CGPA:
- Male: 3.00
- Female: 2.75
Job Responsibilities
The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for supporting branch operations and customer service activities, including:
- Processing cash transactions within the authorized limit
- Attending to customers professionally and respectfully
- Processing customer account opening
- Performing cross-selling of bank products and services
- Scanning customer and authorized staff signatures and photographs
- Receiving cash for different types of transactions
- Posting business transactions
- Preparing cash and non-cash tickets/instruments
- Processing the clearance of negotiable instruments
- Collecting and delivering cash to and from the Till Administrator
- Receiving and paying cash after proper customer identification and verification
- Processing account opening and closing
- Processing standing orders, amendments, refunds, and revokes as required
