Position 1: Customer Relationship Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 3 years of banking experience of which 1 year as Associate CRO, relationship Officer and or equivalent position.
Place of work: Branches in Addis Ababa
Position 2: Financing Administrator
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or administration.
Place of work: Branches in Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Attorney
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree is a minimum. Additional legal, banking, or finance certifications can be beneficial. with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant legal experience.
Place of work: Branches in Addis Ababa
Position 4: Customer Relationship Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business-related fields (Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration). A Master’s degree might be preferred for senior roles.
Experience: 6 year in banking, including some supervisory or team leader experience.
