Available Positions
Position 1: Senior HR Management Officer
- Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management, Management, or related Business fields
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years, with at least 1 year in Learning & Development
- Location: Head Office
Position 2: Senior HR Management Officer
- Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management, Management, or related Business fields
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years, with at least 2 years at Officer level in HR management
- Location: Head Office
Position 3: Manager – IT Audit
- Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in banking, including 2 years as Senior/Team Leader in IT Audit
- Location: Head Office
Position 4: Branch Manager
- Qualification: MA/BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in banking, with at least 3 years as CSM, Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, or equivalent
- Location: Bale-Robe, Adama, Agaro, Addis Ababa, Kombolcha (Wollo), East Hararghe
